How do the paid memberships work?

Can I access the learning materials and resources after my membership expires?
No, access to our learning materials and resources is only available during your active membership period. Once your HELP Membership expires, you will no longer have access to the content.
How can I get support or assistance if I have questions?
You can contact our support team via email or our website's contact form. We strive to provide prompt and helpful responses to ensure a smooth learning experience for our members.
Do you offer certificates upon completion of courses?
No, we don’t provide certificates of completion for our group or 1:1 classes. However, subscribers at the $15/Month level or higher do get personal access to our materials and can take an advanced placement test. Upon completion of the placement test you do get a certificate of level and achievement.
How can I make payments for the membership?
We accept various payment methods to make it convenient for our learners. You can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, or Paypal.
Is there a trial period available?
No trial period is available for any of our Membership plans.
Is there any cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place. You can cancel anytime in your membership portal.
