James Higgins is the founder and CEO of HELP (Higgins English Learning Program). He has been teaching and living abroad since 2016 and started HELP in 2019 with the purpose of providing the best quality online instruction to a wider market by offering group lessons and online community and social interaction with the global English Language Learning community.
