You may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the Services without permission. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
5. SUBSCRIPTION & REFUNDS
Users will be required to pay the fees for the applicable subscription package they select, all of which will be outlined on the Website.
In the event you miss a class, we will not issue any refunds but instead we will send recording of the lesson and/or session.
5.1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
We offer various subscription tiers to our users: $5, $10, $15, $25, and $40 per month. Upon subscribing, users agree to pay the monthly subscription fee, which will be charged automatically each month.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their user profile on our website. Upon cancellation, the user's subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
In the event that a user seeks a refund, they may request one within a 2-month period from the date of the charge. Refunds beyond this 2-month window will not be granted. The details on how to request a refund can be found in the user profile.
By subscribing to any of our subscription tiers, users agree to these terms.
6. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to
use, the website or website services for any activities that violate any law,
statute, ordinance or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose or
any purpose that is harmful to others; or to transmit, store, display, distribute
or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent or harmful to
others.
